Following Legislative Day in Washington DC, Nevvon traveled to Florida to participate in the 30th Annual Home Care Association of Florida annual conference.
There were 3 riveting days of speakers and sessions bringing solutions to the home care industry’s undergoing unprecedented challenges and changes.
On the Medicare side, Patient-Driven Grouping Model (PDGM), Value-Based Model (VBM), Condition of participation(CoP) and the forthcoming Review Choice Demonstration were discussed.
On the private duty side, labor laws, regulations and staffing crisis were at the forefront.
